Q: How much creative input do I have in the shoot?
A: We want you to get the picture that you want, so if you have specific ideas, let us know in advance of the shoot date so that we can plan to work for those goals. However, once the shoot begins, it's best to allow the team to do their magic.
Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Your friend is welcome to book their own shoot or you can book a double shoot where we take pictures of the two of you which is always a lot of fun. However, we do not allow friends to visit or watch on shoots for many reasons, location restrictions, distractions, liability issues, etc... If you have any concerns, we can provide you with many references from past clients.
Q: How long does it take to get my pictures?
A: You can expect your proofs in one to three weeks (depending on tour schedule) and you then have a three week proofing period to submit your print & product order. Please allow two weeks for processing of orders. The quicker you get me your order, the quicker you get your order. Prices are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed through this proofing period. Additional proofing time is available for an additional surcharge.
Q: Do you offer pricing discounts for referrals or group sessions?
A: For the Saints and Sinners Photo Tour we are offering $50 off each session if you book for 3 or more people on the same day at the same location. Or we offer a $50 product credit for you for every friend you refer who books a shoot on the tour.
